Calculation Evaluations (New forum)

Priority: 1 (Gives values to the only fighting character in the whole thing and scales the verse)
Verse/Character: Zoe from Haste: Broken Worlds
Feat: Zoe runs really fast (She fights by slamming into enemies at top speed so these are just some simple KE values)
