Ant-Man is in his post-Civil War Key, but his giant form is restricted
Yu is in his post-Santorino fight key.

Stats:

Ant-Man upscales from 0.083849 Tons of TNT.

Yu HEAVILY upscales from 0.0150325462 Tons of TNT.

speed is equalized.

The battle takes place in an abandoned New York City.

So uh, with giant form restricted, Ant-Man's only real wincon is shrinking and going into one of Yu's orifices. But since Yu's senses can even feel his own neurons firing, if he shrinks down to his standard size, Yu will just squish him. So it depends on how small he starts off shrinking ig.

The thing about Ant-Man's shrinking is that his physical strength and durability do not change when reduced in scale (at least to his standard small size)

He doesn't strictly need to go into Yu's orfices to damage him, his fist packs the same Small Building AP concentrated into a much smaller surface area.

I mean, I guess, but that wouldn't really stop Yu from like, flicking him off, lol. If he doesn't go down to like, his smallest sizes then so long as Yu is aware of his presence on his body then there's nothing stopping Yu from simply hitting him off, and it's not like his shrunken LS is high enough to cling to Yu's body if Yu decides to apply force at any size.

Not to mention that Yu kinda just looks like a normal guy. Based on the knowledge he'd get via SBA, would Scott even feel a need to shrink spam against him?

Scott pretty much goes to move is fighting while shrunken, it's rare he will actively start a fight at normal size unless he's trying to talk to his opponent first. This even applies to regular goons, much less someone like Yu, who is noted to instill a sense of danger and fear in people with his presence alone. He only shifts to normal size when actively attempting to grapple.

If Yu begins to start flicking him off, Ant-Man has other options to create a window of opportunity. His suit allows him to communicate with swarms of ants on command, which can be used for both mobility and to distract Yu while he lines up another shot.

Also, since Scott's shrinking takes time to happen (even if short, but there is still a short time frame where you can see him actively going from big to small), with Yu's perception speed, he could kinda just, not let Scott touch him. He can use Monster Stance's speed to backpedal if he wants to, so when knowing that Scott isn't just like disappearing, he could kinda just run away. Not an effective strategy to really win but it is a strategy.

He doesn't necessarily need to do a flicking motion. Any move with a serious amount of force would be enough to throw Scott off of him since his LS is only superhuman. And if he wants to, he can massively speed up with Monster Stance to kinda just fling Scott across the block, lol.
