◎4-Piece Set: If the wearer has completed Witch's Ordeal, after using an Elemental Skill, they gain the "Call of Heavenlight" effect: based on the wearer's element type, all nearby party members gain a 20% Elemental DMG Bonus for that element for 20s. This effect can be triggered even when the wearer is off-field. Elemental DMG Bonuses from identical sets do not stack. When the party has the "Arcane Revelation" effect, "Call of Heavenlight" upgrades to "Hymn of Mundane Glory," granting an additional Elemental DMG Bonus based on the on-field character's element type, and both bonuses increase to 40%. Bonuses of the same element type do not stack.

What a rare guest we got here.. But i don't think so? Varka once said that Rerir cannot manipulate space itself, hence why he can't create any portals. I think that cutscene is that him manage to hold and sustain the Moon Gate rather than creating it.
 
Don't think that's the case cause the Portal is actually shown being completed closed and gone (and that's why Rerir wasn't able to follow her before getting his powers) by the time he goes back there to open it again.

Well, don't know about that tho, cause theres literally a statement of Varka saying he can't manipulate space and therefore cannot create a portals.
 
I mean, they could just be wrong lmao.

Could also mean they were talking about Rerir in his current state and not his full power honestly. As i said, the Moon Gate was explicitly shown during the cutscene getting completely closed and it was totally gone by the time Rerir went back to open it again after he got his powers, so him merely holding it open before it closed cannot be the case.
 
Which is more likely? Tier 4-A becoming permanent, or the Heavenly Principles waking from their 500-year slumber?

the gate already disappeared when Tholindis entered.
