Saw the new movie recently and I have to ask
would Bakugo scale to Dark Might and thus prime All Might level characters? Considering his explosions were harming overmodified Dark Might. Also there was some pretty fun scaling of Dark Might apparently being strong enough to destroy the world when overmodified according to Julio, although I was watching the dub version which might be different.

Haven't seen the movie, but from everything I'm seeing, Dark Might has no reason to be Prime All Might level.
Sounds like he's a lot weaker than Quirkless Tomura, which doesn't surprise me in all honesty.
Also, being able to "destroy" the world is incredibly vague. It means nothing unless we're given details. Lots of destroy these world statements could mean destroying human civilization, destroying the planet's surface, killing all life, and ect. Heck, a 7-B character with Relativistic+ speed could "destroy" the world in less than 5 minutes.
Once again, haven't seen the movie. But I don't see him going above High 6-C+ from what I'm hearing.

He did say he had surpassed All Might though, multiple times in fact, though he may have been overhyping himself. Plus, he was able to make the massive fortress and by the end formed this massive kaiju body (although it definitely looked closer in size to a smaller kaiju like Skull Island Kong or even Gigantomachia rather than say your MV Godzilla). Also I think him being supposedly able to destroy the world could put him above the pro heroes, such as Mirko. I don’t think he’s stronger than Complete Shigaraki though, cos he got beat pretty easily by Deku using presumably 100% of OFA, whilst Shiggy was able to take attacks from 120% OFA.

Maybe we’ll have to wait for creator statements. Deku does state in the movie as well that he hasn’t surpassed All Might yet, but that could be typical Deku underselling himself.

Pretty sure we already took that as meaning he hasn't surpassed All Might as a Hero, seems weird to think he's talking about how hard he can attack.
The statement is irrelevant in the end, since Izuku's scaling to Tomura is very clear.

It's not up for debate, Izuku is stronger than Tomura who is Prime All Might level.
We have multiple statements and a guide book directly placing Tomura at Prime All Might level. Heck, Izuku directly states he is stronger than All Might in the Final War.
Either the statement is wrong because Izuku is underselling himself or he isn't talking about how hard he can throw a punch. And no, Izuku didn't become stronger in three days.

Him using Faux 100% doesn't mean he's using 45%. Faux 100% just means he's using the other Quirks to unleash 100% power without actually being at 100%.
He can use it at 50%, 70%, or any percent above 45. Using it doesn't imply or mean he's at 45%.

The “Faux 100% move” is just his current % + Fa Jin + Blackwhip slingshot. He can do that move and it not be Faux 100% if his base percent is higher.
If Hori ever gave us a number this would be easier, but all we can confirm is that Deku isn’t going all out unless his eyes are glowing or hair is spiked.
I’m pretty sure he wasn’t even going 100% against Shigaraki until he broke his Mid Gauntlets like how the Second warned him would happen.

The movie takes place between Chapter 342 and Chapter 343. Izuku wouldn't have his gauntlets if it was Pre-Traitor reveal, since he got them Post-Traitor reveal.
And we know it takes while they're in Troy because Izuku is wearing his Zeta Hero Costume. Izuku didn't get that until after they moved into Troy. Because we see in Chapter 342 that Izuku is still wearing his gym outfit even when going out on patrol, this means his costume isn't ready yet.
To be accurate about the placement, it takes place between these two panels on the last page of Chapter 342.
I find it amazing that if Dark Might just waited an extra week to take Anna, he probably would've been uncontested since everyone would be recovering from the Final War.
