Miroku: 4.035 Teratons or 4035 Gigatons of TNT. (Whoever made the profile didn't properly labels them as Small Country level+. The calculation also needs correction)
Mirkou is around 4.59x stronger and more durable than Tomura, which is significant. However, both of them have hax of their own.
Question: How does Mirkou response to Tomura touching the ground and creating a city spanning decay wave? What does he start with?
This is always Tomura's first attack and I don't see any resistance to Deconstruction nor any Flight on the profile.
Note: Have a feeling I know how this is going to go down, but I'm going to be cautious for now.

I could be forgetting how Miroku fights, but his trees should be the main way he wins here. Going with Tomura instant decaying, Miroku probably jumps away with the trees to get outside the range. And since he's creating energy trees I don't think Tomura can decay them. And damn I didn't really finish Miroku's profile in depth, but the guy has flight.

This trees has resistance to deconstruction?
Tomura can destroy stress made corporeal, so it doesn't really matter what it's made of. If it's something solid, it can be destroyed.
Also, if he does have flight that is a serious advantage for him and could be a stomp at that point.
Since none of Tomura's dura negation works in the air at range, while this person has attacks over 4.59x stronger than what he can dish out or handle.

Yeah he kinda flies? But yeah this is possibly a stomp or just very decisive, with Miroku he can just implant a seed into Tomura's head with his superior ap and gg from there but Tomura could get a decay and maybe end it there but Miroku's trees could block it or his barriers could also. I will say with Tomura just decaying the entire city it'll leave Miroku without anyone to absorb power from.

How does this seed work, it travels instantly or cannot be dodged?
I don't see anything to suggest anything he makes blocks Tomura's Quirk. Can you better explain why you think so.

Yeah he dashes at him and stabs into his eye and puts a seed in his head.
Mind Manipulation & Memory Manipulation (His seeds can control people's mind.
That's why I say it could be a decisive fight. Tomura only got two arms meanwhile the trees spread numerous branches to target the living.

But how does that counter city sized decay?
Tomura touches the ground and anything on the ground or connected to it will be reduce to dust.
Apologies if this is obvious, but are these trees floating?

Obviously yeah, with flight decay becomes worthless. Felt like that was mutual understanding, I apologize if I confused you.
