There is no calc stacking. What do you mean?
It's called upscaling due to the fact their Relativistic+ value is really close to Speed of Light.

In case anyone was curious and wants to see how ridiculous it gets, if we were calc stacking, Prime All Might characters would be over 19x faster than the speed of light.
And if we calc stacked again with that value. Gearshift, at Second Gear, would be over 58705x faster than the speed of light.
Sounds legit, let's get rid of the calc stacking rules and make him MFTL+.

For there to be calc stacking, there has to be a calc.
There is no calc for the SOL ratings. It's just upscaling, and it was only a matter of having normal plebs and monsieur staff members to agree to it in a CRT, which they did.
The SOL ratings cannot be used for calcs either, AFAIK.

Bakugo alone would be enough to take Deku.
Realistically, the AFO part of Complete Shigaraki (if we’re using the same ShigAFO fusion that was in U.A.) would beat him by using the same tactic he did in their first fight. Even without that tho, Shiggy’s body can adapt to whatever form it needs and evolve to become even stronger. Plus, Shigaraki’s shown to have FAR more stamina (1 1/2 months vs. 3 days). So yeah, I’d give it to Shigaraki extreme-diff.

I'm hoping they make Omni-Factor Unleash as gross as it is in the manga. I'm morbidly curious as to how that looks in motion.

I doubt it's going to be that gross. Well next episode should be a pretty good indicator of how far they are willing to go with a gross stuff since Shigaraki rips afo from the inside and crawls out of him.
I am more concerned about the censoring they are going to put on AFO.

And I think that rule refers to "this Frieza laser is stated to be LS and this Goku SSJ laser is faster than it."

The saddest part of Season 7 is that we will have to wait for Season 8 
Season 8 should not be a long season, so hopefully the production goes all out. Be nice if Deku vs Shigaraki got a bunch more added to it. The manga choreography and combat is already pretty great, but getting more back and forth would be nice.

Well for DB there are SEVERAL calcs. Mha only has a one close to Lightspeed. I am really hoping the final guides clear up on the speed of laser like abilities. I mean just the Iron Might suit having "Proton Beams that move at Light speed" would be a killer addition.
Hell just add that with the feature of the suit in a promotion sketch for the anime, you know we are going get one (On that note the Lady Nagant art is cute as hell, truly peak design)
That and explanation for a 100 laser based quirks AFO has. Like seriously if MHA lasers were accepted as light speed, AFO would be carrying the speed scaling on his back (just like he carried the Villain team)
