Both at 8-A, Chizome Akaguro as Stain is used

Fight ends in death and both start 5 meters apart

Fight takes place in a back alley of Hosu City

Peko has knowledge on Stain's quirk

Peko's best skill feat would be keeping up with Mukuro Ikusaba or The Ultimate Soldier, Mukuro is an incredibly skilled Soldier and has been doing it since she was a child, winning a survival game tournament in elementary and joined an elite mercenary group before entering middle school, the only time she was ever harmed in combat was when she fought the Ultimate Martial Artist

stain on the other hand for a lil while was trained in U.A. before leaving the school after hearing what his classmates goals were, from then to now he was able to face and murder or cripple 40 heroes, he kept up with and even stated he'd have been able to win against Shoto, Iida, and Deku, if it wasn't a 3v1. he fought against Knuckleduster, who's a great brawler being able to go against quirk users despite being quirkless, He kept up with Eraser Head, a specialist in hand-to-hand combat and hero trained at U.A..

personally I think Peko edged Stain out slightly, being able to keep up with Mukuro is far more impressive than 40 unnamed heroes and some heroes in training, said heroes in training are still incredible at combat but this was early on before they became as good as they are now.

the AP for both btw is 711.97 Tons of TNT (Stain) VS 959.59 Tons of TNT (Peko). also BUMP

The Ultimate Swordswoman FRA. The skill ladder in Danganronpa is deceptively huge.

I mean by all accounts Peko is incredibly skilled but she only somewhat rivaled Mukuro which means they weren't completely equal and Stain isn't a slouch either, he only needs one cut on Peko to practically end the fight and he has means of doing so in various ways also FRA means for reasons above and there aren't any reasons yet.

From what I see, here each advantage for both:

Peko Pekoyama:
• More Skilled
• Has 1,34x AP advantage
• Has Air Manipulation

Stain:
• Far Higher Lifting Strength (Class K vs Class 5)
• Very Acrobatics
• Has Supernatural Willpower and Fear Inducement
• Op Hax
 
Stain's fighting style is also not super easy to predict as he has a bunch of throwing weapons and wild movements that he can use even to inflict even the tiniest scratches to get his Quirk working, even if he took a hit in the process as shown against Deku.
 
Stain Seems able to take this. Even though Stain is 1,34x weaker, but he is shown to be very acrobatics and has some throwing weapons too, also he can easily overpowered Peko with his far superior Lifting Strength, so yeah I'm gonna vote Stain here
 
Something to take into mind is that Peko's reaction/perception is VASTLY higher.

Speed Equalization Rules: "The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight, etc."

Peko's combat speed is Hypersonic+ and her reaction speed is Relativistic+.

While her combat speed is lowered to Hypersonic, her reaction speed will be lowered as well, but keep the same relative distance from her combat speed.

Peko is not blitzing Stain, their movements are equal to each other. But her ability to see the world and noticing things will be far higher.

Stain will not be able to catch her off guard with sneaky knives, as she'll be seeing him move in slow motion.

Peko's superior skill from being the Ultimate Swordswoman, along with her vastly superior reaction time, should give her the win very easily.
