Assuming the character even survives all the way through, would that count as Lifting Strength? Is so, which rating?

That's a "don't bother" from me. The heliopause, which kinda acts as a border, was found 121 AU from the Sun by Voyager 1. One astronimical unit is 149597870700 meters, which, if you were traveling at the speed of light takes 499 seconds (or 8 minutes 29 seconds) to hit. Multiply that by 121 and you get a time period of 60379.579 seconds, or 16.772 hours, way longer than any fictional entity would track in real-time over the course of either a cutscene, an episode, or a feature-length film. Force and energy approaches infinity when you approach the speed of light, so going faster than the speed of light makes the feat straight-up incalculable.
