Genuine questions about nature of nonduality

So like nonduality is in weird state right now so I'll bring up some questions.

1. Would someone who simultaneously exists in every single dual system be given immunity?

2. Would someone who simultaneously exists in every single dual system be able to be bound by duality despite already existing in all opposites at once?

3. Would someone who exists in a state where all duality exists as one singular whole be given immunity and would they be able to be bound despite all those dual systems being a singular indistinct whole? (this one is probably just 1-A so this question is probably not needed)

Like I know nonduality doesnt give any immunity by default now but currently there's a huge difference between existing outside/without and incorporating every dual system into your being so I wanna know the line between these forms of nonduality.
