    God of Stories Loki from the MCU can likely scale, since iirc he traversed through the MCU multiverse which is uncountably 4-D and infinite 5-D in scale, from my knowledge of the MCU cosmology. Other than that, I can't really recall much. However, it should apply to many characters considering a lot of verses have cosmologies applying uncountable and higher-order infinities. Traversing any of those would qualify for Inaccessible speed.
