    I can't tell. Mind manipulation wont work, both have resistences. Time travel wont work, both have Time Pardox Immunity. But Felix does have Time Stop Time Stop though. Both have Supernatural Luck, but Felix can curse others with bad luck. And both have Existence Erasure ... Would Bugs...
