1: a character regenerates his whole nail from one panel to another, not the finger, only the nail, is that Mid-Low regeneration as it's less significant than a finger being High-Low?

2::different feats of a character regenerating from their big head having a katana man ripping it open (for a character to free himself), a character regenerating from their head being bitten of, and a character regenerating from a brain damage attack that caused their eyes and nose to bleed, and falling unconscious (they appear fine later in the hospital, but they themselves have regeneration, is it more likely that they regenerate rather than healthcare hardly healing that?), all these are Mid regeneration?

3: this character seems to regenerate from a puddle alone, which seems to blood, so it would be Low-High regeneration?: https://imgchest.com/p/md7opmmdryp

4: a character regenerates from the own nuclear explosion they made close to their face, due to they producing heat of million of degrees, can it be assumed that it was Mid-High regeneration from being turned into ash/dust?

Low regen. People can regrow their nails it just takes time, doing that instantly would fall under Low regen. Mid-Low is for injuries that would leave large wounds on the body.

I'd call that mid regen, yeah.

Is this them regenerating from damage or are they physiologically liquid-like?

Did they actually get vaporized or did they withstand the nuclear explosion?

For feat 3, the character isn't liquid-like but it's consistent to their immortality type 3 to regenerate from insignificant parts of their body

In feat 4 is rather vague, in one panel showing the process of regeneration after the explosion we see part of the head, but likely the regeneration already having started before it, if the character doesn't has heat resistance, then shouldn't it always vaporize the body? (Even heat resistance to a little over 1000 Celsius is way too low for this)

If they're not made of some immaterial then Low-High is fine.

If it were me, i'd probably list the regneration based off regenerating from just a head (High-Mid) since that's what is shown, and give them a likely rating from being vaporized by it (Mid-High) since that's realistically what would've happened if you had a nuke in front of your face and it goes off. But i can see a mod agreeing with a flat Mid-High.
