Spatial manipulation is not considered any specific speed. The fact Cecilus outruns it is nothing more than a showing that he's fast, not a calculable speed. Sand Time is also caused by space recoiling from being twisted, yet the grains aren't flying at a fraction of light speed.

Hell snipe matched Jiwald in reaching Reinhard in arc 10 so this is even more reason for both to be SoL i suppose

Yeah, downgrading everyone to Lightning speed was just uh, How do i tell you... Kinda mid once you see that Hell's Snipe goes at SoL, it matched Jiwald, so Jiwald should be SoL, not MHS

• Roy catching the Guiltywhip in his teeth.
• Priscilla slow-mo blitzing the demi-beasts.
• Reinhard gigamegaultra blitzing his granny's blade as it touches his collar.
• Rui blitzing Dynas I guess.
• Emilia moving to make ice shields while Hell's Snipe travels however-many kilometers.
• Reid cutting & evading Jiwald.

Sand time loops space which then causes sand to be thrown, which is spatial manipulation, what space does after it’s not being controlled is not spatial manipulation, hope that helps

Something just came to me.

It could be the Guiltilowe's intelligence. Its chapter in volume 15 showed it's actually a very smart beast. But at the same time it's insanely violent, and Subaru would be REEKING of miasma after 10k Returns. I do think it has to be being manipulated by something, whether it be Fiend Manipulation or Phenomena Manipulation.

Well, Ayamatsu is getting a LN after season 4's BD is finished releasing. Maybe it'll elaborate.
