Oh yeah 80-90% of the time boss ults never happen in the actual story but they don't stray too far from what is believable of the boss character to be capable of doing, which unfortunately isn't the case for Asat since there's literally no shot that guy can actually do allat (same goes for Flame Reaver since he isn't transformed).

2? Only Irontomb nukes the verse no? All Phantylia does is drop a star and blow up the planet, Asat quite literally condenses what seems to be the entire universe into a black hole.

I mean Irontomb's whole thing is killing Nous, which was the main goal Lygus and Nanook had for him. Destroying the universe was a bonus (one that did not matter in the long run thanks to Fuli)
