XV Chronoa:
Simply put, XV Chronoa's current profile is bad. And with the latest DLC for XV2, it was time to update it. Here's the current profile and here's the revised one. The changes are quite simple:
The latest DLC for XV2 revealed to us that a Time God going haywire can throw history into chaos and create random distortions. Since this is specifically said to be a Time God thing, The Supreme Kais of Time would get Chaos Manipulation for pretty clear statements of inducing chaos across history if they run wild.
Time Power additions:
There are also a few additions to Time Power due to new and old information

- Added scans & references to missing abilities
- Added abilities that she should have already had (General Kai abilities, Kai-Kai stuff, Ki Manipulation)
- New Key for Ultra Supervillain and few abilities with it (Dark Ki mostly since USV Chronoa is basically just a reskin of regular Chronoa lol)

- Life Manipulation (By imbuing her Time Power into the dragon statue, Chronoa brought the inanimate dragon statue into life)
- Size Manipulation (With her Time Power, Chronoa can shrink all of history to a size so small that no one can touch it. Additionally, Chronoa's power caused the dragon statue in the Life Manipulation feat to grow in size so Time Power can grow and reduce the size of things)
