So from what I’m getting from Prometheus, Honkai (Herrschers) are the Narrator whilst Civilization is the story? So they want the narrative (civilization) to be freed from narration by, in a sense, removing the “individual” from the “individual’s story” and keeping only the “story” itself? So going from what Kevin said, they want Civilization but without Humanity. And the “Forms” here I suppose are the “concept of absoluteness” that has achieved universality by being freed from individuality? And consequently freed from narration (Honkai)?

In her defense, she did say "most," and while this is my personal rationalization, I kinda just assumed the "of this size" was left unsaid because of the general context of the situation, as the bubble universes being nuked were the size of dwarf planets. Its similar to how Helia says the power to destroy a continent would spell doomsday for a bubble universe. Its a general statement, but seemed informed but Oxia being a tiny city and obviously isn't true in general.

Again, is this some chapter 13 lore I don't know about? Did they confirm that the fluctuations were unique to Earth's barrier, how long they lasted, or what caused them? Did they confirm they lasted a billion years and that this was why Sparkle and Sampo got in, even though Sa was walled in for some reason? Where's the context?

Like if its barrier agenda you want, there are tons of Hi3 locals who canonically jobbed to it. Its energy is comparable to the Cocoon, the Cocoon has no control whatsoever close to it, to point Sa could hide there and its own Honkai beasts completely broke free of it, Sa with 10K years of SoQ energy can't go past it and thought she was better off trying to supplant the Cocoon. Supreme genius Dr. MEI came up with the plan to shoot someone into deep space, somehow oblivious to the barrier even being there. Surely you can make do with that.

Yea they confirmed it in chapter 13 i accidently clicked on it when i loaded the game but it literally says “the once impassibnle barrier is fluctuating this is our only chance to bypass it. But can naharlab pass through it with her power” or something along the lines of that

The honkai is the “narrator” of the story. They control the stories of every human (finality resets)

Kevin or moreso project stigma wants to ascend humanity by stripping them of their individual stories (individuality) and combining those stories into one narrative above the narrators (honka)

Civilization is a collection of stories and those stories will combine into one story, so civilization wont be lost but individuality will be lost to the unity of civilization

Its theorized to be which would make sense since the cocoon is trying to infuse unholy amounts of honkai into planets to hopefully make them ascend with their civilizations aswell and it wont be lonely

Were any of the questions I asked actually answered? Do they explain that this is unique to that that barrier, how long it lasted, or what caused it, or give any context at all? Because otherwise its nothing I don't already know. Just a fluctuations with zero context.

You mean the same Herrschers who didn't even know the Cocoon was a thing until it was explained to them? What Herrscher even contradicted Marah? She said its masterless imaginary energy that's comparable to the Cocoon but not subject to it. Which Herrscher said otherwise?

People managed to find out that the Cocoon was an entity that existed, that it was behind the Honkai and Herrschers, found out a way to somehow displace it from Venus with a Sea of Quanta tide, found ways to locate its realm and hack into it, and all this was achieved without anyone ever meeting it, so meeting it has never been a requirement to be informed of its attributes.
