Scaling Lee (normal) to any form of JJ Madara and then upscaling any form of Guy aside from 8th gate is just circular scaling
You'll have something like this

That's why the scaling cuts out Lee (my reason for doing that anyway)
Sparkle believed in something similar to yours with the telekinesis speed

But I wouldn’t say it's an outlier. That's one of those things "Empowerment" takes care of nicely. Anyone reading the chapter from the moment Guy went into 8G can see that Lee was not in a normal mental state.
