I wanna add some salt to the wound since im more familiar with Genshin's scaling, but they are currently consistenly Planetary
In Skirk's quest Traveler was sure of dealing with Skofnungr, a guy in seek of power than consumed flesh of the All Devouring Narwhal, becoming stronger in the process, this so called Narwhal has been stated to be a planet eater and has the capacity of creating Black Holes
Even if Dottore wasnt in his flashy form, he still had the power of the 3 moons (So yeah its just outfit change) said power makes him comparable to Columbina with the Authority of the Moons, which could move the 2 Moons at Large Planetary yield
Nicole, an angel with half her power, was capable of moving the Frost Moon to Planetary yield, and recently Ursa was confirmed to be an angel too, this Angel who seek power instead of wisdom was turn into a dragon, yet Dottore in his base and Venti (2 Archon lvl characters/High Tiers) were capable of low diffing it (Do tbh Dottore fought a Version that only had 1% of his og power, yet would still fall in Small Planetary)
Was capable of fighting a 10% Rerir, one of the sinners of Khaenri'ah, this team of 5 lowest ball its litteral planet destruction (Individually) so yeah, that at worst more Small Planetary tier

I've also been researching Aang's abilities, and the so-called "Energy Bending" requires both contenders to have a battle of wills (correct me if I'm wrong)? The problem is that the Traveler is a Descender, a classification give to some characters from outside the planet where genshin takes place, one of their characteristics is having a Will to rival an entire world...

In a special fields, you have obtained a unique weapon known as the Starforged Sword. This extraordinary weapon appears to resonate when brought near the Statues of The Seven in Snezhnaya, and it can only be ascended and enhanced at those statues.

Enhancement Rules

After using Cryo to awaken a Statue of The Seven in Snezhnaya and establish a connection with it, you may enhance the Starforged Sword. Each Statue of The Seven in Snezhnaya can bestow its blessing upon the Starforged Sword once, allowing its power to be further elevated.
