Immortality through Regeneration is Type 3, not Type 5. So having Immo Type 5 doesn't automatically grant regeneration.

But the thing is rerir is not undead or in state of dying. He is labelled blasphemy of death because he blaspheme the convential way of mortality.

But the thing is he can exist in a state without his body and he is labelled as Blasphemy against Death with a capital D.
His nature as being a manifestion of abyssal energy should grant him type 5 immortality due to the abyss being nothingness and rejected tjmelines.

To me it's crazy that characters with the curse of immortality gets a higher immortality rating than one who goes against Ronova himself and is literally abyssal in nature.

I mean that doesn't mean the immortality from victim of the curse should be lower than the Sinners' capability.
And bro was never against Ronova like directly. He got crushed instantly the moment he became a sinner because jumped into the moon gate.
Again, that's just a title. It doesn't prove or a definitive proof for Immo type 5.

Well Rerir immortality stems from the abyss rather than a curse and we know the abyssal energy is neither alive, death or destructible. It should be greater for that reasoning
Only his physical form because the moongate destroys the bodt but not as phantom because he was destroying shi in the moon gate lol.
I mean alternative fates is interpreted as timelines aren't they? And the abyss is essentially the hatred of fates rejected.

His Phantom Form was formed after his body got destroyed into countless pieces.
That's true, but that's not the evidence for any types of immortalities.

Okay so prove it they "created" the primordial elements like you said then besides just Nibelung. While the lore basically implies the primordial elements predates any dragons, except maybe Nibelung.
