I agree with this thoughts. I think the so-called "Border" that Phanes was created is a "universe" somehow. Because, apparently, this "border" encompasses literally multiple other worlds. Not just Teyvat. So, it's obvious that this so-called border is not the false sky, because why the fck does the false sky needs a book as like a passport kinda type shit, like you have to fulfill forms after forms so you can get through it in and out. That doesn't make sense.
