This accepted 9-A calc is still on Deadpool's profile for durability despite his AP/durability supposedly only being 9-B+. Is the calc still good or no?

No staff have voted here (though I'll try reaching out to some), though honestly I lean in favor of Option A, which changes all the 9-B+ to Baseline 9-A, since 1.6 is a much better gap for downscaling than making it an unknown value of 9-B.So what should we do here?
Impress is right that Option C is no better, IMO.
