This should be quick and sweet.
Peter Griffin:
Speed: Sub-Relativistic+ with Great Space Coaster [accepted by calc member]
• Changed Self-Sustenance Type 1 to Space Survival because of having lived in space for a very long time, and added Self-Sustenance Type 2 because of having been in space for 7 years without food.
Meg Griffin:
Speed: Massive Hypersonic+
via power (She's so fast she slows down the world around her)
Cleveland:
Speed: Faster than Light
with flight speed (His speed fast enough to reverse the Earth's rotation/time)

None of these three feats are outliers, as they rely on vehicles and powers; however, chain scaling cannot be applied for that same reason.

I suppose. These things seem kind of nonsensical though.

W'd need to calculate it to assign a speed level, and this is an obvious one time gag scene that is contradicted by so many anti-feats it's not even funny.
Cleveland:
Speed: Faster than Light
with flight speed (His speed fast enough to reverse the Earth's rotation/time)
This is even more that way than the Quicksilver knock-off scene.

Given how ridiculous these things are, I'd seriously question even treating these as powers the characters have. The same Meg who routinely gets beaten up, shot, and consistently overpowered by Peter is suddenly that fast just one time, and the same Cleveland who always falls out of his house in his bath tub crying no over and over can suddenly fly and manipulate time.

I mean... this relies on abilities and vehicles, distinct from the innate physical capabilities they naturally possess.

I mean, isn't the Cleveland scene an example of using superpowers rather than just normal physical strength and speed? As for Meg, I think her ability could be swapped for time manipulation or something similar.

I'm sorry, these seem inconsistent to the point of irreconcilable to me. We also can't assign speed tiers without calculations.

I’m also going to handle the outliers for Family Guy the same way Looney Tunes was handled, but that’s a matter for later.

Anyway, do you only agree regarding Peter Griffin? Or do you also agree with changing Meg’s speed feat to time-slowing?

I don't mind the Peter Griffin thing, since it's with equipment. As for Meg, as Random said, it's very inconsistent, so listing it as an ability is probably better.

I agree with everything except Meg and Cleveland, though I'm not sure if we should apply this speed stuff without calculations, though I can make one myself

ActuallySpaceMan has accepted Peter's speed with the vehicle and agreed that Meg's speed can be converted into an ability; could you please answer?

The vehicle was fine, it was the rest I had issues with. Those speeds also can't be applied without calculations and contradict every other speed in the show.

I mean, ActuallySpaceMan accepts converting Meg's speed into an ability; would you accept converting it into an ability instead of just speed? Like, an ability to slow down time.

It's a knockoff of Quicksilver which isn't time slow though. And besides, it's grossly inconsistent for her to have such an ability. This is a one-time gag feat that's intended to be silly and showcases something she never has elsewhere.
