i think since he can't affect the concept he can't properly get anything killed on Rimuru's kit, because even if he kills the information side of it, the concept part of it remains so the spell or whatever is not properly killed

Yes, currently Yogiri cannot do much against Rimuru due to the difference in abilities, and as you know, Yogiri’s profile is empty of his abilities, so I first need to restore all of his abilities.
