Dang, they have a superclose stats with MOA having a slight AP/Durability advantage of 1.0078x (12.8 > 12.7) while Jung Seok has a 2.8375x LS advantage (227 > 80). However, Jung Seok at this key didn't show any indication of his Aikido and only shown decent skill in brawling and from what I've heard about Moa, she can copy someone's skills AND stats (+ surpass it too?). Jung Seok at this key didn't show any usage of LS skill (no choking, pinning, holding, feats) so I'm going to vote for MOA as she has the advantage in everything else.

It was very difficult for me to find a matchup with similar statistics, since there are far fewer 9-B+ characters compared to the number of 9-B characters.

When I searched through the 9-B category, I mostly found characters with values below 10 MJ or above 13–14 MJ. Because of that, I eventually gave up and decided to choose a character from Reality Quest instead.

On top of that her Power Mimicry seems to be the better ace compared to Jung Seok-Yung's Empowerment.
