The larger diameter of the town (the furthest distance you can travell in a straight line within it) could be used, and assume the meteor hits the center and expands as a circle

i made the calculation, it would instead be 493.38407 Kilotons of TNT (Large Town level), its a minor fix tho

Are people here fine with scaling Modulo Yuji to Gojo's earthquake calc ?
I'm not saying he is massively stronger then Gojo/Sukuna but i don't think he is massively weaker either. I think him being earths first choice to fight Dabura and him saying he could take care of him holds some merit.
I'm not saying he should scale to lightspeed 6-C Dabura but him being comparable to base high 7-C Dabura (who is a Sukuna level threat) is consistent with Yuji having Sukuna level potential.

modulo yuji 100% scales to gojo and sukuna (and dabura but whatever)

Well I do think we can scale atleast his AP to 6-C but that's a different matter. But he is definitely atleast should scale to whatever Sukuna and Gojo scales to.

Considering people believe tsugurika also did it, itd probably scale to gojokuna and maru/cross

Btw how will maru and cross profile work. For all intents and purposes theyre the same guy to a biological level except for personalities. They have the same training, same experience, same abilities.
 
Heavy Hitters shouldn't get any scaling from Modulo Rika. Remember you need things like statements to scale characters to eachother when they've never interacted. Yuji's lack of statements is why he doesn't get scaling from Gojo.

Marulu gets a profile and Cross gets a profile. They may be twins but they are different people with different personalities and different approaches to a fight.
 
Is this "complete HR Tsurugi" in the room with us now?

I've said this before, but Tsurugi's HR was never "incomplete" because he was never a twin. His HR is the same in chapter 1 as it is in chapter 25. The speed boost in his fight with Marulu was just a normal Binding Vow, giving up Rika's power in exchange for a speed amp.

Rika doesn't say anything, at least nothing at the end to imply that. Maru senses that Tsurugi's CE is fading when the transformation releases but that doesn't imply that he got a full HR, just that his CE is going back down after Rika boosted it immensely. It also says "The Binding Vow to release his power made him even faster" which ties back to the fact Maru said "He released the transformation". So it seems more like Rika just undid the transformation and as a binding vow it boosted his speed to let him blitz

Plus death battle also calced it at City level (Not that it matters much considering how much they get things different from most powerscalers)

Probably not. SSK's shtick is not true regen neg, it's moreso a limitation of the RCT of the user. RCT is slower when trying to patch up the soul, but it is more than doable as long as the RCT user knows the shape of their own soul.

Yuji's thing isn't or doesn't really seem to be the same way. Narrator didn't stress the same thing.
