if phanes reason only extended to the planet then most people would notice teyvat. The dragon is saying that if they want to hide teyvat they have to use reason to cover the universe, to make teyvat invisible. which phanes did achieve, cause teyvat is invisible to outsider (with a few exception).

Disclaimer(Im not saying the fake sky is universe in size, im just saying that phanes authority over reason is capable of affecting the universe as a whole)

I did say they are having Uni range trough what musica mundana said they js dont scale to universe level

False Sky exist is not only to hide the planet, but also to make the universe believe that Teyvat doesn't a have any life and just a rock planet. This is where "Reason" is needed, which something that the Dragons failed to achieve.

It really did make sense that it was him. Although the theory going around that it wasn't Nibelung but the Abyss impersonating him is also a good one.

That ‘we’ literally refers to the Dragons. They can create their own false sky's influence on a planetary scale, but the latter, which is the whole universe, they can't.
 
I've found good enough scans for Lohen's scaling. Now, I just want more hax feats. I hope we get it in his story quest.

phanes not Li but Tianli, the dragons also have Li, but do not have Tianli.
That's why dragon researchers gave up and gave up Phanes completely, so the word impossible refers to Dragon, not Phanes.

When i have the currency to buy a lot of genshin figures but my small ahh bedroom doesnt allow more space for gorgeous figures, so i just nuke the whole planet out of anger
