I think it's more likely a threat of harassment. I don't deny that. But I am more willing to extend the benefit of leniency when its A. not very explicit and B. a response to a staff member pressing a controversial matter in discussion.
If we wanted to punish them, I'm not exactly opposed, but I'm feeling more lenient with the specifics of the situation being what they are.

@Slav We recognize that Ant was talking about some pretty controversial politics, and we've already implored him to stop doing that- but your comment about his other socials and 'having [your] fun with [him]' are concerning, and some are interpreting it as a threat.

I've already responded to that when he brought it up. In a previous comment I have told him that I'd love to discuss the politics on a more appropriate platform ( For example Discord. ) given how this site is not the place for it, because I started finding the debate fun.
On my next response I told him I'm done discussing the topic on a powerscaling site, and asked him for another social, so that I can "have my fun with him" in the context of me debating him on this, since yes, I am very confident this is a debate I'd win quite easily.
When he tried to buzzword this situation by describing it as me "threatening to stalk him" I made it very clear that was just me offering a debate, and that he's free to decline. I don't see the threat there, and I think it's over-the-top to interpret this as one. Then again, I guess anything to ban the opposition, huh?

Not anything to ban the opposition. I explicitly didn't mind other people who disagreed with me in that thread at all, and have a long history of not reacting to most insults against me in this community overall.
Given your smug and mocking provocative trolling attitude and that it was triggered by me mentioning a reliable report calculating an over 14 million poor and starving people death toll for Elon Musk, and you decided to shoot the messenger rather than getting angry at Elon himself about it, and your apparent extremely strong support for everything Trump and Musk stand for, I just have the impression that you are a genuinely ideologically evil and empathy- and conscience-deprived human being, which is enormously worse than somebody just insulting me, and I consider far too toxic and extremist to fit in what is supposed to be a nice and friendly international community where people from all countries are welcome, rather than being sent to hellish prisons.

That's sort of what I thought, and I don't necessarily blame you for getting a little dramatic when Ant was and literally still is calling you evil and conscience-deprived. I'd still support simply moving on then.

Either take them up on the offer to argue about it elsewhere, or please stop talking about it and escalating by accusing them of being evil for having a political view that, tragic or not, is extremely common, in fact a majority given who won the election. He've been warned by @TWILIGHT-OP twice and @ActuallySpaceMan42 on his message wall, and he still didn't listen at all. This is like his 5th CRT he made even though there are currently 3 active genshin CRTs.
At this point, just ban him. Already warned 3 times, still didn't listen and keep uploading 5 Genshin CRTs in short timeframe, god knows if he aware that there are 3 active CRTs.

You were the first one to be aggressive, in the way you're reporting Cursed for ("Honestly this is such an ass debunk, I can't believe you'd waste time writing it"). You are a staff member, and no matter how widely agreed upon something is, it falls to you to make an even greater effort to follow the rules. To me, it reads like you really didn't make an effort at all, here. You took every opportunity to denigrate and accuse the supporters of this verse. Even though I agree with the sentiments of your OP (without looking through the evidence too much), I think your behavior in this thread was demonstrably worse than either of the two you've reported. Insofar as the toxicity end of this report goes, I do think action is warranted against Makai (posts like this really suck and shouldn't be tolerated), but I think you, M3X, behaved the worst on the thread, and started it. I'm neutral on action with Cursed, he definitely did say the "low IQ debunk" thing but given it was parroting one of the very first posts by M3X, and I think the worst post from the user (maybe calling M3X 13 years old and lacking reading comprehension is comparable, but eh), I find it hard to pursue hard action when the ball was already rolling several pages before they got there.
Regarding stonewalling: Makai posted here that they were going to sleep, at 1:13, and by 1:30, had sent a further 11 messages. However, it's not like he was the only one posting a ton at the time. In the same timeframe, DaReaperMan (who is not being accused here, for the record, I'm just using him by way of random example) posted 4, and this certainly isn't his own verse. Arkenis posted 5 times. I'm saying this to say that I think there is a realistic case to be made that Makai was stonewalling, but I think the more likely explanation is that he just believes what he's saying and was arguing on many fronts at the same time. A lot of users need to learn to reply to multiple people in one reply, but. It is what it is. I'd be in favor of a warning to just try to do so in the future, so that threads do not become clogged up. I don't find Cursed's actions to strongly resemble stonewalling.
End of the day, I think tensions rose unnecessarily high and everyone involved needs to take a break. Nothing on this site is this serious or worth getting upset over. It's a silly little website for talking about fictional characters, nothing more. Be good, have fun, etc.

I cannot decide that. Only HR can, if someone wished to litigate the issue. But I do think your behavior is worse than the other two you're reporting, which dampens the severity of their actions: people acting aggressive in response to a staff member acting aggressive is a bit more understandable than just acting aggressive out of nowhere.

This I disagree with, I think you’re exaggerating since I did not attack the person but the argument, might still be unnecessary sure, but not worse than them. But I don’t mind that to dispute it, actions were taken in the end of the day, and the thread is now under control, even though it’s not the outcome I wanted (which is being staff only).
And this I think it’s just giving them an excuse for their behavior. When was Cursed’s first comment? Like page 5? 6? He didn’t even quote my rather ignorant comment, he quoted a regular comment of mine and said “low iq debunk”, he actually started that.
But as I said, I don’t mind the outcome, and actions were taken, anyway.

Sorry for bumping this, But I think the staffs should do something about this immediately, to prevent them from doing the same thing again. Since no one has answered Ant's question yet, so it seems the penalty hasn't been implemented yet.
