Well, since we started talking about intelligence, I'm gonna throw my hat in the ring. We shouldn't blame, hate and discriminate people for being "dumb", since A LOT of factors in our life isn't even our fault, you physically can't just choose to have better intelligence from the get go, especially if you were growing in extremely unhealthy environment (parents could be an alcoholics, someone could be malnourished from early childhood, someone could hit their head too many times/got physically injured, someone were born with disabilities and many other limiting factors and etc). I just see hating someone for their lack of intelligence and struggles absolutely inhumane, since once again, it could be not even their fault, but society suddenly decides to mock, dehumanize, hate, blame, mentally torment and do or say many more atrocious things about them just because they are unlucky with that specific trait/flaw. Not to mention when you're bragging about you being much smarter than someone else - you're effectively just glazing your genetic lottery and environment, since you most likely have much less impairing/limiting factors, than the person you're comparing yourself to
Also I want to point out some more things: dumb/stupid ≠ jerk/bad person. Anyone could be an asshole, anyone could be a wholesome person (I hope so), but intelligence shouldn't be a justification for our narcissism, xenophobia, hatred and discrimination
