Now for rules that should be discussed, with enough votes, suggestions, we can revise, extend, axe them
Quantity/Quality Goals:

So it would give you even more contribution than just "+2" from one statement. But do note: don't make full respect thread of one character, because we don't know how that is relevant to your player. Only note important parts or arguments that is relevant to original one.

Which was basically whole Doctor Doom vs Dante match. Isn't it unfair if someone puts effort to "glaze" while other just puts cool art and gets same point? So my own suggestion would be
In another words @Eseseso you can't win points by complitation of "moments"
Tackling Moments
Glazing is one job, but can you cancel moments? Yes I assume.
One of the funniest moments in DMC match was my friend @Random-Helper323 glazing Dante vs Urizen first fight. And funniest thing about that was if you knew DMC5 you could cancel all that moments by telling "Didn't Dante get one-shot?". This is what we call "Tackling of Arguments". With this example alone you can prevent your opponent to outscore you "+n" points. This obviously doesn't give you advantage, but in race where you both fight, it is important to not only leading, but preventing your rival to dominate you.
Which is why there are two ways to cancel wanks;
1. Tackling existing argument
2. Bringing anti-feat or negative aura moment; it can extend from -1 to n score for opponent; But do note: slandering character would need knowledge to some degree of character, because defeating "anti-feat" would grant opponent not only cancelling "- points" but giving +2 advantage for each cancelling.
Knock-Out Itself
By default, all recovery and cooldown of reusing arguments is cancelled when KO starts. However we can rewrite it, if you want
1. Knock-Out itself in UCL usually goes in Two Sets; Two Matches are played until Final itself, and winner is decided by Aggregate Score; This can bring some "comeback" tension, but well we might settle some "recovery rules" for this
2. Matches are decided in one set. Meaning; No Away and Home matches, if you lose you are eliminated from tournament, this would speedrun tournament, and we can just unrestict whole "cooldown, recovery arguments" to keep up tensions in every match.
What about Appelation?
If individuals think match was unfairly judged, or were biased, they can give appelation. In that case match will be replayed under another judge.
Btw all rules, and everything can be discussed there. So you guys give ideas, proposals, we together will decide. Obviously some of users will like some idea, while others dislike it.

11th/12th place play against 21st/22nd place (round of 16 opponents are 5th/6thplace).

Draw would be based on what will randomizer choose first. For example let's take example Set A where 9th and 10th character exist. If we take 9th first it will go to Silver Top(Left), and 10th to Blue Top. Same goes for 23rd/24th. If we get 23rd first it goes to Silver, and 24th to Blue. Meaning: 9th will face with 23rd and 24th with 10th.

Acceptable examples: Anos wins because he has "Did you really think" line which is aura or Makima wins because she can stare at opponent coldlessly like this(insert animanga moment), basically aura argument
Unacceptable examples(or simply comments that won't count as GOAL): Makima wins FRA, Anos wins cuz he has more aura or simply empty, no argument comments, specifically powerscaling is not allowed, repeating same argument(each new slightly different "argument" is GOAL only if it is valid)

Now once we know, use this, there were ways to extend it generally. Due to knowing or lacking knowledge about certain character some of moments were given more points, while another ones were left just "+1". To prevent this; make respect thread or elaboration of individual. Example:We count any video, moment, or scene as one point unless you specify extra details or reasoning.For example, if you post “Doomslayer slayed a god”, it counts as +1.
However, if you elaborate—like “Doomslayer slayed a god who was the creator of existence, meaning he defeated the strongest being in the verse”—it may qualify for a higher point distribution due to added context
The same applies to videos: sending a 3-minute video with only a single statement still counts as +1, unless you explain how different moments, feats, or segments within it justify multiple points.
At the end of the day, it ends up being about who presents the feat better, not who simply sends more arguments or clips.

Any art/panel/moment drop without elaboration wouldn't be count as point general, unless you glaze that. For example: Dropping Klein Moretti Art means nothing, you had to give to it some glaze; "Look at his face, face" or whatever context
