It's not. I just updated the pages format and changed their ap. Only thing is speed but I'll fix that soon. The pages are useable.

Then, Julius can't time stop him but he can use all the other effects of time magic

Same range but Julius can spawn things on him rather than shooting attacks like Marian does with his pistol, Julius has precog, can heal himself with time magic to restore anything deconstructed (except his brain because at that point he is dead) and can seal/bfr him

If Julius can't stop his bullets because said bullets also have time stop resistance, he can destroy those with his own attacks?

For now I will say that, I don't know more about Marian, both resist power null (ignoring layers for now), Julius resist heat, the singing seems to be "useless" because Julius is just gonna rely of precog or mana sensing which should be different from normal senses and I don't understand his limited EE resistance

I saw this and I wonder how often he's ever used it? There's also innocence just disrupting it.

If Julius can't stop his bullets because said bullets also have time stop resistance, he can destroy those with his own attacks?

He should but the ap gap may make him struggle like it did lvl 4 Akumas and Tyki.

I remember talks about eight layers for Dark matter. I am on a reread so yeah we can ignore for now. The mind hax is what will due Julius in I think. He has no resistance and Cross might incap over killing. The limited EE is just for Judgement's bullets because its innocence and resist dark matter's ee.

Yeah probably. Though I'm unsure how realistic that is with Innocence just disrupting the magic due to its spacetime negation or maybe Cross just destroying the barriers.
