At least Traveler with Bina Amp > 3 Marrows Dottore, and that's a fact.

Your whole ass argument here is just interpretation. First, the Paimon's line
“the stakes are way higher this time” does not directly scale Dottore above every previous antagonist or form. “Higher stakes” in storytelling can refer to many things; such as the consequences of failure, the importance of the mission, the situation surrounding the fight, and etc. It is not automatically a literal and direct power comparison whatsoever. None of that inherently proves Dr. Data > 3 Marrows.
Then the second quote
“Finally, a power worthy of my ambition” also does not necessarily mean all prior powers were vastly weaker in combat terms. That line can simply mean and suggest that he finally obtained a power source fitting his goals and the Irminsul's power is extremely important and valuable to his ambitions.
Nobody is asking to be spoon-fed. The issue is that your conclusion goes beyond what the statements actually say. Your argument relies on reading an unconfirmed implication as an objective fact. That is exactly what headcanon is.

As far as I understand, Teyvat is an Indeterministic area, which becomes deterministic when observed, and Irminsul storing all Information makes teyvat deterministic and weeds out all fate unwanted by HP

Dottore described datattore power as "exalted" in trailer and in AQ as Grandest Experiment, not to mention Moonttore died with half soul so that datattore can exist
So obviously datattore should be stronger

Kinda Obvious since bina had Actual Authority while dottore just had marrows, and on top of that one of them was fake (don't know being fake should be considered to be weaker, but if someone wants to interpret that way, you are welcome)

Strangely enough, two real Moon Marrows and one artificial one created a genuine Trilune Authority. Although Dottore never demonstrated the ability to manipulate the rules of Teyvat or fate, I would say that the Authority is genuine but incomplete. Considering that Canon’s power was replaced by the residual power of Aria and Sonnet.

By the way, I still don't understand how Sonnet and Aria they were able to create Moon Marrows after they died, even though they no longer had any powers and had ceased to be moon goddesses before their deaths. Even so, the Eternal Moon Marrow possesses a "divine essence" within it. I suppose the developers didn't even know what they were doing with the lore surrounding the moons.

The so-called “Grandest Experiment” that he said isn't about Irminsul power he obtained specifically, so it's not like you think.
This Grandest Experiment is referring to the experiments he've been through in all of his life for hundreds of years, so it included all things/power he achieved. You can read the context at the moment when Pantalone and Dottore looking at the burning Irminsul.
“Exalted” itself is vague wording. A power can be exalted because it is divine, rare, forbidden, and in this context is the Irminsul. So it is not strictly because it gives higher combat stats than every previous form.

I'm starting to believe that Nibelung had human form. If Aria can choose her own human form, why not Nibelung as well? Especially when bro's that ginormous, and somehow creating a human size interior on the moon?
And also when it said that Xiuhcoatl was present in the court room alongside the Sovereign Rulers, and that court room was the Chamber of Deliberation. And just see how small the chamber is compared to Xiuhcoatl's size. The court room can't even fit half of the size of Xiuhcoatl's sword

Buddy, that’s not how implications work, and how can be you contradicting yourself by giving an example that proves the opposite?
Citlali having affectionate behavior toward the Traveler may imply romantic feelings, but unless the story explicitly confirms it, it remains interpretation-based. Different viewers can reasonably read it as romantic teasing, flirting, or genuine love. That’s why people debate it in the first place.
An implication is basically when the Narratives hints towards X, not X is now objectively confirmed. Implications support your interpretations.
So, when the narratives hints something like “Dottore with the Irminsul power is far greater threat/stronger of all the powers he had previously attained”, that's where you can say that it is a strong implication that Datattore is stronger than Moonttore.

So, from that scene of Nahida, she used the Pyro Gnosis not only to burn the Irminsul, but she must have a permission first from the Four Shades. And seems like any Archons can communicate with the Four Shades through their Gnoses. So, that's what Venti meant by the Gnoses are a tools for them to connect with Celestia.
And then there's the Four Shades answering her call and gave her permission to destroy Irminsul
