You need one more vote due to DMC being controversial verse plus info 2 is a controversial hax topic, you only have 2 agreements. I disagree so you can't count it, but you don't need 3 votes difference. Though if one more staff disagree then you of course need 4 vote to outvote the disagreement side, kind of 2 vote difference at least
