It's highly debated offsite but 99% of peeps agree it's a WCS. it was what sukuna was trying to go for, it's what yuta and yuji were to stop, same chants, and Sukuna was so nerfed atp that cleave didn't kill yuta so it's doubtful a chanted dismantle is cutting yuta down (especially when he withstood multiple dismantles from a less nerfed and interested sukuna). Plus, he did the aiming thing like he has to do with all WCS so it's more than likely it is.
