Sorcerers also have a slightly different brain structure from non-sorcerers. In terms of how badly Unlimited Void fries the brain, it's Non-Sorcerers > Sorcerers > Cursed Spirits

have you seen him? He absorbed his twin in the womb and obtained 2 extra arms, one extra eye and a mouth on his belly, then has been trasnformed in a cursed object and reincarnated in someone else's body, his brain may be a bit different than that of other people

to reincarnate ur vessel must be a sorcerer thats why kenjaku needed IT so he can adjust human brains for sorcery

for sukuna, megumi already had the suitable brain, but u could be right because even when repairing his flesh, sukuna retained brain damage

Todo can do Simple Domain and nullify the surefire effect of the domain and by TPing a lot he can dodge Sukuna's attacks, while 3f ain't his strongest self, as we can all agree, so he has at least a chance, no?

Outstamina'ing and because of the sheer number of TP's he's capable of doing..?
RCT can help Sukuna but won't keep him alive forever and it is very hard to actually hit Todo

The problem is that he's not that much comparable to his 16F self and the reasons why are quite clear as Gojo's hair is lol
 
I can see why the confusion exists: the description of their stamina is the exact same

Stamina: Superhuman (Can fight after ripping out his heart by forcing his blood to flow with Cursed Energy. Fought Jogo and Mahoraga back to back, and used his Domain Expansion without signs of being exhausted. Sukuna has over twice the amount of Cursed Energy as Yuta Okkotsu)

Even if it were omnidirectional, Todo can just TP back and and forth to keep punching him and RCT is not an indefinitely usable resource because it can be energy-draining, so responses do exist and due to how skillful and intelligent of a fighter Todo can be, with prior knowledge he is more than capable of doing this
