Seems like Raimi's outsmarts by a bit, combatwise, and is a tier above in LS, so i'm leaning towards him

Raimi Spider-Man is a bit more comfortable in hand-to-hand, but by no measure does he outsmart 60's Spidey in combat. 60's Spidey is the same guy who can
strike a cabinet with enough force to shoot out one of the drawers like a flying projectile in the heat of battle. This is the same guy who utilizes webbing that can turn into damn near anything on the fly, that includes
swords (which he can wield effectively),
baseball bats,
boats and functioning motorized propellers,
giant slingshots,
nets that can cover entire submarines,
a replica of Spider-Man fully capable of moving by itself, etc. That sort of thing is gonna take Raimi Spidey way off guard (and the large nets are definitely gonna be a problem when accounting for some shit I'll talk about later). Not to mention, the utilization of shit like Spidey's
Advanced Ventriloquism,
pressure points, and
IBP Webbing are gonna make this hell for Raimi Spidey, especially since stuff like the last one will **** up any surfaces he tries to cling too. On top of all this, 60's Spidey's Spider-Sense is a lot more reliable in terms of
telling him exactly what he needs to do to
avoid being harmed, and it tends to be a bit more reliable in terms of giving warnings
well before the danger actually occurs (
it even tells him if situations are staged as traps)
And if we're talking about outsmarting in terms of general intelligence....read both pages' intelligence, 60's Spidey smokes Raimi Spidey easily, not even a question

Yeah, but he doesn't really exploit his LS regarding his webbing and physicality that much in character. One thing I failed to see you mention is that when it comes to 60's Spidey's strongest webbing, it garners a Class M rating (the Metal-Eating Monster webbing hits
9324.25118 Metric Tons) that's significantly higher than Raimi Spidey's own LS rating. And for 60's Spidey, it is
ABSOLUTELY in-character for him to exploit that shit. Actually, him using stronger webbing is very much in-character. When his normal webbing didn't trap Scorpion, he went "okay I'll just use my Extra-Sticky Webbing". When his webbing couldn't stop Rhino, he just went "okay, I'll stop him with my Concentrated Steel Webbing". When a villain covered in oil couldn't have webbing stuck to him, he went "alright, time to make webbing that can stick to him". Not to mention, he's always improving his standard web formula (something that he did even before becoming Spider-Man). So yeah, when the standard webbing doesn't work, the Metal-Eating Monster Webbing's gonna web incap Raimi Spidey very ******* easily. When a special batch made to stop a giant robot didn't stop it, he literally went "okay, better just make a better version of it" and then did. Even if the issue with an opponent isn't related to the tensile strength of the webbing, he's made webbing that short-circuits tech instantly, creates slippery surfaces, no-sells lightning and explosives, etc.
Raimi's physical LS advantage won't mean shit given he never exploits it in-character, while 60's Spidey is a web incap merchant. He'll see Raimi Spidey get past his regular webbing and then just use his strongest webbings, which are part of his standard kit. Web incap GGs for 60's Spidey
Overall, the justifications for Raimi Spidey winning haven't been justified at all, ergo, the original vote and the FRA votes for him should be removed
