This is 1960s show Spider-Man vs Black Suit Raimi Spider-Man. Speed is equalized and fight takes place on an open NYC with both combatants starting on the rooftops of separate buildings.

if referring to 1967 Spidey, then he has Longer range of webbing, can make various weapons out of webs, higher AP and can get stronger through awakened power, spidey sense being actual precognition instead of Raimi Spider Sense bordering on precog
