No as in, the accepted thing in that staff thread, is that a character who can reasonably be expect to know the dimensions of the structure, and states an infinite size for it, would result in that structure being significant in all dimensions. This is the exact justification we use for the UW and Hades being possibly low 1-C, so it should just be Low 1-C no?
