How would characters with immeasurable speed perceive omnipresent characters?

Character with immeasurable speed perceive omnipresent characters

An omnipresent being doesn’t move at all. They don’t need to. They’re already everywhere, at every moment. So from the speedster’s pov it’s not like chasing something down or finally reaching it. There’s no arrival. Wherever they go, no matter how fast or how outside time the omnipresent being is already there with them.
