If I remember correctly, the paralysis comes from Fear Manipulation, right? Because I think Columbina scales based on the Lunar Wheels, which grant resistance to Osial's fear ability. Since they're comparable to Visions, according to the Elemental Manipulation page.

I mean if that death is through Fear Inducement, and Columbina resisted that Fear Inducement then she would be fine. Cause that's not actually Death Manipulation.
It's not really Death Manipulation but its an illusion creation that created hallucinations of death, and this is able to be caused just by his own presence
