My physical copy of the book came in today, bit busy at the moment so just skimmed it for now (Mostly checking it's in good condition) and saw some interesting stuff regarding the size of the world at the very end of the book. The continent to the south of Valisthea is "several thousand leagues" away (Keeping it at 3,000 leagues translates to 16,668 kilometers) and the continent itself is so big all attempts to travel it's coastland to map it out end up failing and they estimated it's could be up to 30 times the size of Valisthea.

i smell a bahamut upgrade.

You're gonna have to either find a fully scanned copy of it online or import it from Japan, there's no official English version (And quite frankly they're never gonna translate it into any other language) but there's tweets that translate certain parts of it online.

We do though? Thats a real life thing. Literally a middle age measurement unit for distance that's approximately 4.8km on land and 5.56km at sea

Exactly or are we gonna argue grammar intent now? (Like how certain words can have multiple meanings) I get wank is seen to be all over VSBW but at the very least let's wait until after FFXVI actually has published profiles before arguing possible "final" ratings, calcs, P&A, etc.

It varies a lot though between different regions on how much is a league, tho the nautical one is fixed perhaps I think.

Clive finally gets his "Dissidia scaling" (from yet another cash grab gacha ugh!). I'm honestly glad very few people outside Japan are actually hyped about this "game", heck considering how massively competitive the mobile gacha market is in Japan, I doubt it'll have a sizeable playerbase.

I want this game to fail so bad but knowing SE they'll assume the fans just don't like Dissidia anymore... shit!

As per estimates on revenue, only debuted to 1.8 mil, not the worst.
Most games drop in evenue after it's first month.
