Yeah, I was talking about Toei for the most time, DBS should be okay for Infinite speed with fusion energy limit explanation...
Is also because they don't have more than just one Immeasurable speed feat, for this to be consistent and not a outlier for the other arguments.

DBS does have multiple immeasurable speed feats. If you pay attention in Hit vs Jiren you can see him moving during the Time Skip visuals. I'm personally waiting to see if that stays in the remaster version.

I guess It could count. But considering this happens on ToP, It runs back on the Clock time issue. The 48 minutes is a huuuge anti-feat for Immeasurable speed.

Why Time rings? Is because the characters with Immeasurable speeds need a item to travel back in time or some other reason?

Time rings are an atrocious arguement given how time travel works and the ToP being an anti feat has never made any sense because even if the characters were .99c virtually no time would have passed to the point it makes no difference between how much time technically passes or no time passing. No fiction consistently portrays the realistic ramifications of immeasurable speed.

Well it isn't, the level of immeasurable speed needed to time travel to other hyper timelines are the type heroes characters have canon immeasurable speed characters are infinitely slower and hit time manipulation only affected the one of the neutral zone not the timeline itself

in Dragon Ball, Time Travel creates Parallel Worlds not branching Timelines. Green Time Rings are created because of Parallel Worlds not branched Timelines. Time Rings can goes to other independent Parallel Worlds not just only able to go past-future. Plus dont forget that Dragon Ball has 2 Temporal Dimensions, they can be Immeasurable for 1st one but Measurable for Overreaching Superior 2nd Temporal Dimension

The Dragon Ball I hate the most is Evolution (I have absolute hatred for that one to this day for ruining DB).
