Equal to Caesar who instinctively knows kung fu, and can box Wham and stuff, and even before training he could do shit like decapitate a fly from meters away flicking glass and hard read people so badly he basically has precog against a normal good.

Like jojo isnt MGS or Batman or whatever, and most certainly later on skill slop basically ceases to be outside of 3 dudes, but Part 1 and 2 actually have some decent shit.

Maybe should put an outdated tag on Homelander's page, because a speed revision is on the works, and his heat vision is gona be WAY faster than his combat speed (I mean, it technically already is, as I said it blitzes characters on his level and speed is equalized here). But oh well.

Dodging. Deflecting with Hamon. Honestly Joseph has decent heat res so there's that too.
What stops Joseph from predicting everything he could possibly do and killing him with a hamon charged bottle cap or something?

Also there's no goddamn way people are legitimately trying to pull the "he gets blitzed" as if speed equal rules don't literally gut that argument before it gets off the ground, ya ain't allowed to exploit speed equal to gain a speed gap or advantage you wouldn't normally have.
Unless Homelander's suddenly blitzing MFTL dudes, it doesn't matter how fast the damn things are to people on his level, they're not allowed to blitz the person who would normally humiliate him in speed a million times over.

According to SBA, it's assumed they are 4 km away from each other, however considering this match takes place in Vienna, the distance is extended as the city is about 22.8 km in width. Though, considering Homelander's top speed is at least 6,242 m/s (Joseph would also be this speed due to rules of Speed Equalization), he could cross the distance in about 3 seconds. The reason I'm talking about distance is because Homelander's Forté is a ranged attack, and Joseph doesn't have reliable counters for someone who's at a distance aside from his Tommy Gun. Joseph should still be able to predict Homelander's heat vision just from his facial expressions, as he's far more analytical than Hayato, who could tell that Kira was plotting an attack with Killer Queen just by looking at his face. Joseph could definitely catch Homer off-guard by darting him with a small Hamon-infused projectile, like his own hair for instance.
