That is a terrible comparison and you know it. What kind of logic is that. Profiles indexes their prime of their respective arcs. Literally the only time he’d ever lose the quirks in his profile is if Adult Deku gets a key. Unless you genuinely think a crippled Goku is used for matchups if you use his TOP keys

I don't think that would work at all because they don't have Quirk Genes nor do they have Vestiges like Quirk Users have so I doubt AFO would work on them. At best I could see Shiggy trying to use it and maybe his body will adapt it's shape in an attempt to copy an aspect of the alien since it can seemingly just mutate into whatever the situation calls for.
If anything in all of fiction is the closest equivalent to Quirks it would be the X-Gene in Marvel so I say its fair game.
The Omnitrix is not programmed to scan Mutated DNA only pure ones, it can scan them but Azmuth programmed not to, so i doubt if it would scan it but i guess it can scan any human with a Quirk? if their biology is different than regular humans which i think so
