It's not like they're neighbours next to next, but rather what i am saying is, it's still in the same universe (truly fork found in the kitchen moment)... But atleast the author travels pretty much similar like octavia who travels between planets-galaxies wide scale, it's shouldn't be too far that make billions to gazzilion light years distance

Yeah, what i mean is that their galaxies are neighbouring. Maybe like 2-3 galaxies away if i had to use headcanon. Octavia as i recall already left the galaxy where Teyvat is located, and ventured to the other galaxies. I could be wrong on that cause it's been a long time that i haven't read Miliastra lore.

Galaxies neighbouring are not really billions of light years away, like we can take the two closest galaxies to the Milky Way are the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy approximately 25,000 light years away, and the Sagittarius Dwarf Spheroidal Galaxy roughly 70,000 light years away.
