Mortal Kombat 1 Discussion Thread

The Titans exist outside of the "multiverse" (as in, the realms in a single timeline, like Earthrealm and Outworld). I think 11 and 1 retconned the Titans into always being there, even in the old timelines

Well it doesn’t really affect the Midway timeline, but cross scaling between MK11 and M1K titans should be fine.



If I get the right references, I can get a 2-A NRS Raiden before GTA6.

Yeah the larger cosmology probably should be shared or reconciled since Kronika canonically oversaw all previous timelines including the Midway era and we know now that adaptations like the animated films and 95 movie exist as timelines in their own right

It’s a plot point in the Sub-Zero animated movie that Kano killed Kronika and made his own timeline (this is again referenced in intros)

The Invasions mode shows Lambert’s Raiden as among many versions of the character who showed up to help face Dark Raiden.

This franchise is a mess honestly. Btw, is the verse going to stay around tier 9 to 7 at the very best (aside from some tier 2 stuff) or is it possible we might have a higher tier?

I’d love higher but sadly I doubt it’ll ever happen
