It’s curious how one of the epithets of the Heavenly Principles (alongside Koitar) is ‘Morning Star’. But the supposed love story between him and the moon goddesses was nothing more than a myth. Sonnet wanted him expelled outright, and Canon and Aria were merely curious. Unless, of course, the three of them were initially in love with him, but after seeing how paranoid and evil he was, they said something like ‘no, thanks’. The Heavenly Principles don’t treat humans kindly either, even though supposedly ‘as long as they were happy, he would be too’.

The morning star are not "sun", in actual reference mythologies, the morning star are title to refer venuz not sun itself.
Heavenly Principles are not the morning star, rather more to koitar (her story literally allegory to lucifer who rebel against their own creator, where lucifer also known as the morning star)
Basically, the morning star and star of daybreak are refer to two different thing.
The real sun of teyvat is called as "stars of daybreak" Or "solar chariot" Not the morning stars, this entity really exist as it's created at the same time as the moons itself by nibelung in the staff of the scarlett sands. Solar chariot also ever fall to chasm at the time of archons war, meaning he was indeed exist. As funfact, albedo also ever mention about teyvat sun in his profiles.
It's either hoyo forgotting his existence or gatekeep him. And yeah, it's pretty weird though the moons sister never mentioned him

The Shades should lowkey scale to Nibelung if we got the visual of the war of funerary flame, or if only they will explained the details of it. Cause we got Istaroth in that Zibai's cutscene doing absolutely just fine, while the narrative said Heavenly Principles got wounded.
