Should Titan be given "Possible Death Manipulation," as Ralsei implies at the end of Chapter 2 at least some Darkners will be killed when at least one Titan fully spawns in the Light World?

And should the Titan's Darkness Manipulation be buffed since a Titan can coat a whole planet with it, or is the "newborn" headcanon where it is weaker than the typical one correct?

Finally, is the Titan being able to create darkness that can cover a planet's surface presumably within minutes related to its AP and speed?

If I am not mistaken it's related to darkners turning into stone as a result of Roaring. So this is not Death Manipulation per se.

What do you mean exactly?

Ralsei says "the surviving Darkners" will turn into statues. So it's possible some will automatically die as a result of the Titan forming in the Light World uninterrupted, if this isn't referring to a Titan merely killing nearby Darkners beforehand.

The whole surface of the world will be covered in darkness in probably a short time, presumably a supernatural construct related to the Titan's own nature, so I'm wondering if this would mean the Titan scales to that. Or if there is evidence that the newborn headcanon for Chapter 4 is correct and the Titan on the Wiki should not scale.

It doesn't scale AP wise, and Titans are already FTL in speed.

Titans have different behavior to Titan Spawn. I'd personally guess they would immediately attempt to go to the Light World as soon as possible without "hunting" in the Dark World like Spawn if no Darkners are nearby, which is likely given some Fountains' locations.

Also, Chapter 4 says Titans can destroy the world, which shouldn't be treated as a planet-destroying feat and we only see one, but still. The newborn headcanon does appear to be true, as the Titan seen cannot automatically do it yet, but Ralsei still treats it as a being very comparable in power to stronger Titans that would be slightly older. If a Dark Fountain's darkness is treated as a creation and sustaining feat, why shouldn't a similar but more powerful feat be used for a tier of a different form of one that can cover the planet with supernatural darkness?

They are walking machines of destruction. They would kill most Darkners nearby just by accidents anyways.

Covering planet with a darkness is at best range feat

Chapter 3's Dark Fountain was in a snowy wasteland that presumably only a person with Law Manipulation like Tenna who rearranged parts/rooms of his world and those sneaking around following him could get to. And it's sealed off more than previous ones by default too.

It is presumably the same supernatural darkness that can reduce the SOUL's TP, as Ralsei mentions it has supernatural capabilities like being able to petrify Darkners. Should also be the same "material" for lack of a better term that the Dark Worlds are made of. And being able to deploy it to the extent the prophecy and Ralsei say means that even a very young Titan (not to be confused with Titan Spawn) is essentially a buffed Dark Fountain somewhat above city level in some way in my opinion.
