I was just about to make this battle but then I see people responding to this one.

So there's no way for 2B to kill him. Hell, from what I know about Andy there's no way for her to even harm him for any meaningful amount of time. All his injuries would be purely cosmetic. But, can't she still win via "incapacitation"?

One victory condition in SBA is "putting them in a state in which they can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day"

She can do that with shield spam, gravity spam, amp spam, or slow spam.

Would it still be a stomp if her incaps are only a part of her arsenal? I mean if she instead uses bombs or lasers, then that wouldn't do the trick.

Idk, probably no, since V1 vs Wolf somehow made it to their pages, despite V1 had no way of putting down Wolf and the only thing he could do is to settle for incon

Since 2B can't kill Andy, her offensive amps will be meaningless.

If we look at speed, with overclock she becomes 10x faster. Time dilation slows down everyone else to 1/10 the speed. so a 10x speed advantage. If she stacks them she has a 100x speed advantage.

Then there's her defensive amps which can reduce oncoming attack power by 80%, so she gets hit by 20% the power.

If she stacks it with the melee defense item which reduces damage by half, she only gets hit by 10%.

Those are just the amps. She can still spam shield or gravity well.
