The only benefits that can PROBABLY come out of it is AI doing tasks faster or more easily than humans + probably being capable of storing and transmitting more data and accessing more parts of the Internet simultaneously faster than humans could + machines possibly performing better than humans in certain aspects of life like intelligence, strength, speed, lifespan/span of existence, etc (That's if we let them also automate machines that are currently controlled by humanity) but all these are most likely outweighed by the detriments you stated they have.
Kinda ironic in a way, in the process of trying to make stuff that can surpass it and make life easier for it, humanity is screwing itself over and potentially screwing all of life over as well.
I genuinely would want to discuss more with you in general about life (and probably also the Universe as a whole) cause I want to know what your thoughts are on other living beings and other existing stuff beyond humanity and what could be in store for Earth and the rest of the Universe as well.
People already made timelines for not just the past and present but also the potential future on Wikipedia welp.

Honestly feel like other living beings (at least a few certain types of them) can technically be considered more successful than humans in certain ways (population, size, ability to survive otherwise inhospitable environments, lifespan, etc etc)... and technically even our own creations, scientific or artistic, are inherently also made out of resources from Earth and the Universe and will thus possibly outlive us all too.
Additionally all of life, including humanity, despite our abilities, is ultimately still dependent on Nature or Earth itself as well as the Universe as a whole. (All that we have created is ultimately us merely utilising Nature's/Earth's resources which in turn are technically generated by the Universe itself, and conversely, there's very little we can do to stop natural events, let alone cosmic events, from significantly affecting our existence or even determining whether we continue to exist or are destroyed.)
Instead of blindly being nihilist or anthropocentric, I'd want to believe we should be trying to figure out how to make the state of existence of all that coexists alongside us (or, for now, given our limitations, the lives of all other living beings alongside humanity at least) better.
