Don't know if it counts as empowerment to use a suit, and it's not like the strenght upgrade is supposed to be "biological" instead of a result of the armour similar to Iron Man armours.

The Phoenix stuff actually is a separate thing. But "base" Thor has 1-A scaling already. Like he wasn't using some special power source when he fought Mephisto, Hela, the Odinforce, etc. His 1-A Yggdrasil feats were all his own power and strength, but there are some feats using the Phoenix power that would not scale to Thor's normal output (although iirc he only ever used the Phoenix power in his All-Father state, but I could be wrong).

I'll address that, yeah. Thor has never used his ultimate techniques against Thanos but Thanos usually has an edge against him physically

--Eric Masterson is kind of weird, since he's explicitly far weaker than Thor, but I think putting his peak at 1-A should be fine for now since he did have Mjolnir in the story where he and Dargo performed the 1-A feat. If it needs to change I'll address it later.
--True Adamantium Ultron should scale to peak Thor's physicals, agreed there. Thor consistently shatters secondary adamantium Ultrons when he cuts loose so that'll have to be a case by case thing
--Jane Foster might have a case for 1-A, but I'm not confident enough on that yet to put her as a true God Herald yet. That's something else I plan on covering soon.
Other than that, looks really solid. For Sentry, Sentry: Fallen Sun 1 confirms that Void was in control when Thor killed him, so that's worth considering, along with the fact that although Thor stated he was going all-out he didn't use a Godblast or something similar (and also tossed Sentry aside after getting bullrushed in Siege #1). Base Thor was inferior to Death Seed Sentry but was also able to bullrush and injure him with his lightning as well in Uncanny Avengers 12. They definitely scale to each other, with seemingly Golden Sentry having an advantage until Thor is truly bloodlusted. I'd say Standard Thor =< Golden Sentry <= Void < Bloodlusted Thor < Death Seed Sentry

Your chain doesn’t make sense since Death Seed Sentry is explicitly a power up from standard Sentry, and the Void is usually a step-up from Sentry’s ‘normal’ power output because of how Bob’s power set works (the more unhinged he is, then the more power he’s outputting).
Sentry at his peak should basically be above everyone else on the planet.

High 3-A is faulty as I said earlier. 3-C also has some faulty feats too, so we’ll need to go back to the drawing board there rather than just slapping a tier on everyone.Thoughts?

Does the wiki already have an accepted infinite speed for the "speed of thought"? It's consistent in what I've read and there are a ton of Thor characters with thoughtspeed feats that might be usable for Herald scaling

him being 5-D is outdated information, based on the edit history when he was switched from low 1-C to 1-A one of the 5-Ds wasn’t removed but all the others were, that 5-D was probably just accidentally not removedMaybe it is outdated information. I would appreciate input and information from other members here.

I'm into the 2020s now. I'm definitely going to split Allfather Thor into "incomplete Allpower" and "complete Allpower" keys, because there's a huge difference between the two in terms of raw power
